Project Quantity Surveyor
Join our commercial team supporting two upcoming Water sector projects in Enfield, Co. Meath and Staleen, Co. Louth. This Project Quantity Surveyor role offers the opportunity to take ownership of commercial and financial performance on complex infrastructure projects, working closely with an experienced wider commercial team.

About the role
As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will report to the Commercial Lead and provide end-to-end commercial and financial oversight. You will manage subcontractors, cost control, forecasting, reporting and contract administration, helping to protect project value and commercial performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting
- Procure and manage subcontractors, including valuations, payments and negotiations
- Administer contracts, variations, claims and final accounts
- Identify commercial risks and implement appropriate mitigation
- Provide clear commercial analysis and reporting to senior management
- Work collaboratively with clients, design teams and project stakeholders
- Support estimating activities; Candy experience is an advantage but not essential
