Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in civil engineering, with a proven track record in large-scale infrastructure or design-build projects. Specific experience in earthworks, reinforced concrete, and steel frame construction is essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of structural engineering, geotechnical considerations, and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Project Management: Skilled in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), with experience managing project programmes, timelines, and resources.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring junior engineers, as well as coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly address technical challenges with practical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Full Clean IRL/UK/EU Drivers Licence
