We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams—Site Agents, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors—ensuring the safe, on-time, and high-quality delivery of complex civil works. Based in County Kerry, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of energy infrastructure projects that align with our values, sustainability ambitions, and long-term strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Health & Safety Leadership: Champion Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental (HSQE) excellence across every phase of the project, in full compliance with Irish regulations and industry best practices.
- Team Management: Provide clear leadership and technical guidance to engineers, operatives, and subcontractors. Act as a mentor to junior staff and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Project Delivery: Plan and manage civil works to meet programme milestones, ensuring alignment with strategic energy goals.
- Drive Results: Oversee all aspects of project delivery—including budget control, resource management, design coordination, and contract administration.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, utility providers, and public stakeholders, acting as a trusted ambassador for the business.
- Sustainability Focus: Align procurement and delivery strategies with environmental objectives and long-term value creation.
- Ensure Compliance: Oversee licensing, permitting, and public works contract requirements with precision and attention to detail.
- Continuous Improvement: Report regularly on progress, share insights, and contribute to the company’s culture of learning and innovation.
