About The Role

This position will report to the HSQE Director.

The primary responsibilities will be to support the HSQE Team including:

  • Assist in coordinating and organising Safety, Health and Wellbeing events online with our SH&W calendar.
  • Assist in organising CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Events.
  • Assisting in the administrative preparation and issuing of Certificates of Attendance for various in-house training courses
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining training records
  • Setting up of and assisting in the review of sub-contract/supplier Insurances
  • Assist in the input to Tender/Prequalification Process
  • Monitor Fire Safety Certification for Head Office and conduct Fire Drills
  • Arrange vaccinations for employees on high-risk sites
  • Monitor Fleet Driver documents
  • Engaging with the LEAN Programme
  • Assist in projects as required
  • Monitoring PPE supplies and placing PPE orders.

 

About You

  • Minimum of 5 years + in an administrative role with strong attention to detail
  • Ideally have or be working towards an IOSH or Nebosh qualification
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and WORD and experience using pivot tables, Vlookup and linking documents to generate reports.
  • Excellent data entry skills and outstanding attention to detail are required.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Full clean driving licence.
